‘Given the new Gold standard measurement of 5 GCSE grades A*- C, including Maths, English and at least one other GCSE grade, was introduced half way through the year, we are delighted with this year’s results.’, commented Sarah Young, Executive Headteacher, ‘These results are the achievement of a great deal of hard work and dedication put in by both the students and the teachers with many attending extra revision classes after school and on weekends. There has been huge progress made in Maths and English with many students achieving above expected grades. It shows what can be achieved when a student’s commitment is harnessed with the right teaching, facilities and support.’

‘We are determined to continue this exam success in 2015. I congratulate our students and thank them, their parents and our staff members for all their hard work.’
